To make sure we can answer your emails in the most timely way possible, we use a HelpDesk system called Zendesk. When we send emails with Zendesk and add attachments, they don’t get attached the same as they do with your typical email. Instead, they add a link at the bottom of the email for you to download your attachment. This trips some of our clients up, as it’s a bit different.
